Ring in the New Year at one of Kansas City’s Top Historic Theaters

Mammoth, Inc. proudly presents New Year’s Eve at The Uptown Theater located at 3700 Broadway, Kansas City, MO 64111. The annual event is a staple for the venue traditionally held on the most popular party night of the year. This year’s event is on Saturday, December 31 from 8:00pm – 1:00am. The party has General Admission and VIP packages available and tickets are on sale now – Friday, October 28 as of 10:00am CST.

New Year’s Eve at The Uptown Theater is packed with local talent including main stage DJ’s provided by Levity Events, hit yacht rock cover band Summer Breeze in the main theater9-piece soul band The Freedom Affair in the Valentine Room45 RPM KKFI 90.1 disc jockey DJ Thundercutz in the Encoreand a special performance drag show with Moltyn Decadence in the Cabaret Room.

This event has all the party perks including five open bars with all drinks included in the price of a ticket, music influenced videowall on the mainstage as well as lasers, haze, liquid sky, sparkulars and two photo booths. The Valentine Room will feature a craft beer lounge while the Mezzanine is transformed into a Margarita Cantina. 

Limited VIP tickets are $90 and offer exclusive privileges including VIP bar line in main bar and Valentine Room, VIP only satellite bar in the main theater and Valentine Room featuring a specialty cocktail, and 12:15am breakfast in the Broadway Room. General Admission tickets are $55 in advance and $65 the day of the event.

Located in the heart of Kansas City’s midtown, The Uptown Theater is ranked number 81 on the list of the top 100 theaters in the world by concert industry magazine Pollstar for 2021, making it the only Missouri venue included in the list. The theater originally opened in 1928, and on June 27, 1979, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
