Bonnaroo revealed its 2020 headliners including Tool, Lizzo, and Tame Impala.
Although rock is generally in short supply at major music festivals across America, usually the headline grabbers like Coachella, Governors Ball, and Bonnaroo throw fans of heavy music a couple of bones. Last Friday Coachella announced they would feature a Rage Against The Machine 2020 reunion performances. Not to be outdone, Bonnaroo unveiled its 2020 lineup today:

There are a few other rock noodles hidden in the Bonnaroo haystack. Primus plays the same day as Tool – a rare band that checks boxes for both heavy rock and Bonnaroo’s jam-band roots. Young The Giant kinda rocks, and Dashboard Confessional has their moments.
Elsewhere in the lineup I spy the always funny Tenacious D, artsy weirdos King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, and The Regrettes representing the rock spectrum.
Would you make the 10-hour drive to Tennessee for this festival? Or will you save your money for the festivals that focus almost exclusively on rock like Sonic Temple for example?
